From June 12, 2023 through July 10, 2023 at 10 a.m., you can qualify to win the Fenway Fantasy Flyaway from Community Broadcasters. The Grand Prize consists of round-trip coach airfare for 4 people from either Florence, SC or Syracuse, NY to Boston, a 2-night stay for 4 people in 2 rooms at a Boston, MA hotel, dinner for 4 at the Dell Technology Club in Fenway Park, 4 seats on the Green Monster at Fenway Park to watch the Detroit Tigers play the Boston Red Sox August 11. One of the 4 people who travel to Boston will throw out the ceremonial first pitch of the game at Fenway Park. The retail value of this prize is $9,000 There will be a 2nd prize winner among NY listeners who will win 2 seats in Highmark Stadium’s Pepsi Club to a Buffalo Bills home game (date tba), total Retail Value of this prize is $2,000 and a 3rd prize winner will receive 4 VIP tickets to the July 23, 2023 Monster Truck Show at Evans Mills Raceway Park. The total Retail Value of this prize is $300 There will be a 2nd prize winner in SC who wins 2 tickets to an Atlanta Braves game PLUS 2 tickets to a Carolina Panthers game and $150 spending money . The Total Retail Value of this prize is $375. The SC 3rd prize winner will get a Florence Flamingos prize package. The Total Retail Value of this prize is $200. Some restrictions apply.
This contest is open to all residents of South Carolina and New York over the age of 18 who hold a valid drivers’ license from either state.
The Stations in SC and NY will conduct this contest. For listeners to qualify during the contest period, contestants must either be the correct caller as described on-air when one of the Stations plays the sound of the baseball bat hitting the ball or register completely as directed at cbwinner.com. Listeners may also register to win at one of the Fenway Fantasy Flyaway live broadcasts at one of Community Broadcasters’ fine advertisers’ locations. The time and date of such live broadcasts will be announced well in advance of their occurrences on air on the stations.
On July 10th, 2023 at noon edt, Community Broadcasters will draw from all contestants who qualified on air, on line or at a live broadcast. One of Community Broadcasters’ winners will win the Grand Prize…and there will be one winner in NY of the 2nd prize in NY, and another of the 3rd prize in NY and one winner in SC of the SC 2nd prize and another in SC of the SC 3rd prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of entrants. Winners will be announced on Tuesday, July 11th, on air.
The drawing will be conducted by the staff of Community Broadcasters and the stations. Decision of the judges is final. All prizes must be claimed in person at 199 Wealtha Avenue, Watertown, NY 13601 for the NY prizes or at 2423 Walker Swinton Road, Timmonsville, SC 29161 for the SC prizes. The Grand Prize will have to be signed for and arranged at either the SC or NY location above depending on the state of residence of the Grand Prize Winner. Prizes must be signed for using forms created by Community Broadcasters no later than July 21, 2023 at 2pm edt.
All employees of Community Broadcasters, LLC, contest sponsors for any of the stations, any advertising and/or promotion agencies working on behalf of Community Broadcasters, family members of all employees, officers, directors and their assigns as well as employees and unpaid interns of any other radio stations are ineligible to win.
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. All winners will be responsible for their taxes in connection with prizes won. Community Broadcasters will issue an IRS Form 1099 for any prize worth more than $600.

By participating as contestants in this contest, contestants grant Community Broadcasters, LLC the right to use their name, likeness, and state and town of residence on air, in print or any other media. Contestants further grant Community Broadcasters with the right to use information given to Community Broadcasters for marketing purposes.
Contestants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Community Broadcasters, its employees, officers, shareholders, directors and assigns from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind for injuries, damages or losses to persons and/or property which may be sustained in connection with the contest and/or traveling to or participating in the events awarded.
Community Broadcasters is not responsible for any technical failures which may cause issues with qualifying or registering for the contest.
